Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo (Klon: 2H5) Antikörper reagiert mit Maus, Mensch und Ratte CCL2, auch bekannt als Monozyten-Chemoattraktionsprotein 1 (MCP-1). MCP-1 ist ein 13 kDa Chemokin, das hauptsächlich von Monozyten/Makrophagen produziert wird und ein potenter Monozyten-anziehender Chemokin ist. Es wurde gezeigt, dass der 2H5-Antikörper die biologischen Effekte von CCL2 in vivo neutralisiert.
