Beschreibung Adriamycin (Doxorubicin, Hydroxydaunorubicin), ein zytotoxisches Anthracyclin-Antibiotikum, ist ein Anti-Krebs-Chemotherapeutikum, das die Topoisomerase II mit einer IC50 von 2,67 μM hemmt, wodurch die DNA-Replikation gestoppt und die Apoptose induziert wird.
